When will the next, fifth Dark and Darker playtest be?
IRONMACE Games hasn’t released an official date for the next Dark and Darker Playtest 5 yet. Previously they have been doing one every month or two, with the last one ending in February 2023 and the one prior out in December 2022. Based on the past playtest start dates, we can anticipate that the fifth playtest will be coming sometime in March 2023.

What is the expected date of Dark and Darker final release?
October 2022 marked the announcement that Dark And Darker was potentially coming to consoles, as confirmed by Ironmace Games on their Twitter page. But that’s not all! With each next playtest and update even more ingame content is planned, such as new maps, weapons, items and more.
Dark and Darker is said to get released in late 2023 – somewhere around Q4, in the last months of the current year. Up until this time, a few other playtests are to be expected. All of these will be previously announced by the developers.
